Transition to Telemedicine
Effective September 1, 2024, Focused Family Integrative Medicine (FFIM) will be transitioning to telemedicine-only care for patients in Idaho. The last in-person visits at FFIM will be on Friday, August 30th. The reason for this change is that Dr. Michael Smith is moving to practice at Natura Health and Wellness Clinic (NHWC) in Missoula, Montana. He is retaining his Idaho license to be able to continue providing telemedicine care for current patients in Idaho.
To schedule appointments:
Before August 30th: book online or call (208) 252-5188.
After September 1st: call NHWC at (406) 317-1965. Note that appointments at NHWC cannot be booked online.
All medical records from FFIM will be transferred to NHWC to ensure continuity of care. Learn more about NHWC on their website, https://natura.health. While working at NHWC, Dr. Smith will have the additional support of seasoned naturopathic physicians whose knowledge and expertise can support your health.
